Unbordered Tax is a tax practice in Dandenong that does one thing: returns, compliance and advice for people and businesses with income, assets or a residency question in more than one country. That covers someone who moved here and still owns property where they came from, a business billing clients offshore, a retiree with super and a pension in two systems. It is a firm of specialists rather than a general accountant, and the site says that up front.
A visitor arrives wanting to know whether they have to file in two places, not a page about accounting in general, and the old site made them read everything to find out. We split the services page into one tab per country, each holding a card for a single question: residency status, return preparation, foreign asset reporting, rental property held by non-residents, moving retirement savings, and what changes when someone emigrates.
Each card opens a page that answers its own question, so a search matching one of them lands on the answer instead of the homepage. A Get In Touch button sits in the header on every page and a Get Started button sits in the hero, and both go to the same enquiry form. The FAQ has its own item in the navigation rather than being buried at the bottom of the homepage.
The brand is navy and orange with a serif wordmark, and client photographs and quotes run down the homepage with names attached. On a phone the whole thing drops to one column and the enquiry button stays in the header.
