What quoting tools cover
Four ways to quote faster than your competition

Structured RFQ forms
A form that asks what your estimator asks on the phone: quantity, material, tolerance, finish, site access, delivery date, drawings attached. It filters spam without a CAPTCHA and routes the enquiry to the right estimator by product line, so nothing sits in a shared inbox overnight.

Instant price calculators
For work with rules behind it: size, material, finish, quantity, travel. The buyer gets a number while they are still on the page, you get a lead with the specification already filled in, and the people who were never going to pay it screen themselves out before your estimator sees them.

Quote builders
Your estimator builds the quote from a parts and labour library instead of last quarter's spreadsheet. The PDF goes out on your letterhead, the customer accepts it online, and every version is kept, so you can see what changed and when the follow-up is due.

Quote to order
An accepted quote opens the job in simPRO, ServiceM8 or Tradify, raises the invoice in Xero, takes the deposit by card and sends the purchase order to your supplier. The office finds out because the job appeared, not because somebody forwarded an email.

Top-rated for three good reasons
Businesses looking for quoting tools in Australia choose us for reasons we can put a number against.
300+ websites, six years
Enough builds behind us to know what breaks, and enough of them still running to know what lasts. Trade, industrial, ecommerce and B2B.
One team, three disciplines
Design, development and search marketing under one roof. Most businesses this size pay three suppliers who have never spoken to each other, and nobody owns the result.
Published pricing, no lock-in
The price list is on the site before you call, builds are fixed price, and the monthly plans are month to month. You own the domain, hosting and code throughout.
RFQ process
The fastest quote usually wins the job
A buyer sends the same drawing to three suppliers on a Tuesday. The one that comes back priced on Tuesday, with the questions already answered, wins more of that work than the one that comes back on Friday with a slightly better number. Speed is mostly the amount of retyping sitting between the form and the quote, and most of that retyping can be removed. You also end up with a response time you can measure and publish.
- Forms that ask what the estimator needs, so there is no second email
- Drawings and photos attached to the lead, not lost in an inbox
- Routing by product line, region or estimator
- Every enquiry timestamped, so response time is a number

Publishing prices
A price on the page qualifies the lead
Most businesses hide prices in case a competitor sees them. The competitor already knows what you charge. The buyer does not, and a buyer who cannot get a number goes and asks someone who will give them one. A calculator that returns a real figure, or an honest range with a site visit attached, sends you fewer enquiries and more of the ones worth quoting. Every estimate is logged, so you can see what people are actually pricing.
- Rules built from your rate card, editable without a developer
- Estimate emailed as a PDF with a booking link
- Ranges where the job genuinely needs a site visit
- Every estimate logged against the lead in your CRM

Frequently asked questions
How much does a quote request form cost?
From A$2,000 inc GST for a structured RFQ form with file uploads, routing and a CRM connection, live in about 14 days. An instant price calculator built from your rate card starts at A$4,500, and a full quote builder with online acceptance, deposits and a job created in your system starts at A$8,000.
Can the quote go into simPRO or our job system?
Yes, on the quote-to-order tier. An accepted quote creates the job in simPRO, ServiceM8, Tradify or AroFlo and the invoice in Xero or MYOB. On the two lower tiers the lead goes to HubSpot, Pipedrive or your inbox, and the quote itself stays in whatever tool your estimators use today.
Is our pricing too complicated for a calculator?
Usually not, once it is written down. Most estimators are following rules they have never put on paper, and the first session is spent getting them out. Where a job genuinely needs a site visit, the calculator gives a range and books the visit, which still beats a form that promises someone will be in touch.
How long does it take?
21 days from the day we have your content. Content is almost always the bottleneck, and we will tell you that before we quote rather than after.
Do I have to move off WordPress?
No. We build on WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce or Next.js depending on what the site needs to do. If your current site works and only needs one part fixed, we will say so.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Builds are fixed price, and the monthly plans are month to month. You own the domain, hosting and code in your own accounts throughout.
