Can you move our website from our current host?
Yes, and it is included in the price. We copy the site to staging, test every page, form and checkout, lower the DNS time to live, then switch at a quiet hour. Your old host keeps running for a week as a fallback. Most migrations finish with no downtime and no change of registrar.
Do we still own the domain and the hosting account?
Yes. The domain stays in a registrar account in your name and we work inside it rather than owning it. The code sits in a repository you have access to. If you ever leave, you take a full backup and point the DNS wherever you like, with no exit fee and nothing held back.
Do I have to move off WordPress?
No. We build on WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce or Next.js depending on what the site needs to do. If your current site works and only needs one part fixed, we will say so.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Builds are fixed price, and the monthly plans are month to month. You own the domain, hosting and code in your own accounts throughout.
