Think Integrity is a workplace investigations and culture consultancy. When a complaint lands that an organisation cannot handle in-house, they run the investigation, write the report, and if it is wanted do the assessment and the work that follows. Clients are private and public companies, not-for-profits and government agencies, and a good share of the work is referred by law firms and HR consultants. We built the website for the Melbourne practice.

Most people reach a site like this on a phone, in the middle of something else. An HR manager with a complaint on their desk is not browsing. So the phone layout was designed first: the three services as tappable cards, the phone number and email in the bar above the logo, and a Contact Us button that stays put. Desktop came out of that, rather than the other way round.

The site says what the firm does on the first screen and who it works with on the second. Each of the three services opens onto its own page. Testimonials run in a carousel and stay anonymous, credited to a role and a type of organisation instead of a name. An Acknowledgement of Country sits near the top of the homepage and the ABN is in the footer.

The palette is navy and orange, with orange kept for anything you can act on and navy for the firm's own words. The photography is black and white so it does not compete with either. It is a small site and it stays small, which suits a practice where the next step is a phone call.

Several pages of the site laid out together, including the homepage, the expertise and services cards, the Who We Work With section and the closing Ready to work with us panel.
